cave freeze

This doesn’t always happen, but sometimes after I use a bomb and try to eat right after, the game completely freezes. This has happened both on Xbox save files and Switch save files. It also occurs in every mine (regular, skull, and volcano).

In multiplayer every couple of levels the caves glitch and freeze. The monsters don't move and can't collect any items. I have lost out on a number of prismatic shards and lots of other items.
