blinking

I have a coop with 2 chickens. In the evening, every time I enter, they spawn sleeping at random spots. Sometimes they spawn in a same cell, and blinking while I'm walking around. found in latest 1.6.14 version

When you walk, the ground blinks or something. I think it always does it, but you can see it the most when it is a little dark and when you walk slowly.
