big barn

i purchased a deluxe barn upgrade money & materials used the barn has a construction sign on it but no robin working on it. its been an in game week and robin just runs through her regular schedule is there a way to fix this?

I gathered all the materials to upgrade my barn to a big barn. I requested the build from the carpenters and Robin said she would start it the morning after the festival that was the next day and she didn't arrive, as if I never even requested the upgrade.
