basment issue

  1. iOS Paid for basement, refit completed but basement not showing or accessible

    Hi, I paid 100k for the last refit and i have the basement stairs but i cant access the basement and it doesnt show in my house? I play on my ipad. I have tried restarting my ipad and the app and nothing. please help, i rreally wanna age my cheese.
