I'm playing on ps5 and I submitted the ancient seed but never got any of the rewards. I received no recipe or bag of plantable ancient seeds. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Sometines when you change fruit in seed you get anciens seed. But I got anciens seed like 30% of the time. I don't think it's normal, i can't be that lucky.

I put a gold star cactus fruit in my seed maker, it made one packet of cactus seeds. I did it again and I got one packet of ancient seeds. I don’t have enough cactus fruit to test out the chances of this happening, that’s all I got sorry!
