{NEW+UPDATED}Mod/Sprite/Sprite sheet Maker 2

This was made using AI. I wanted something easy to use for editing my sdv sprites to make custom npc and edit sprite sheet png files.

Edit: Forgot to mention it can do portraits and items but I haven't tested those features.
