Well, I was looking for a mod to do this but I realized that there weren't any that did this.
So I decided to try and do it and with the permissions of another creator I edited some sprites, created my own and did the same with his codes and ended up getting this result.
The mod basically removes the white underwear shirt. You also have the option to add a tree leaf instead of underwear shorts
The mod remains compatible with any clothes you want to wear, just change the underwear...
You can select the skin tone from 1 to 24 to match your skin in the mod settings, and also change the "Add Leaf" option to true if you want to play with it.
