Why is Vincent's name missing as an inhabitant of 1 Willow Lane?

In the Stardew Valley menu map, on hovering over 1 Willow Lane, it lists the inhabitants as Jodi, Kent and Sam only.

My guess is that it's because he's still a child.

He's under-18, so maybe that's why? Could just be a bug tho.
