iOS UI issue

I’m on iPhone 16 plus and no matter how much adjusting I do to the UI the health and energy bars clip into the rounded corner of the phone as there is no specific way to adjust just this part of the interface as all the padding options effect everything but that. Really wish the developers would address this as I’m seeing references to this issue going back 2 years online with no fix

Same Issue, iPhone 17e.
No may to move energy bar into screen's safe area.
There is also no way of making some of the text larger (such as in the crafting menu)
UI Scaling please.

Please fix this issue on iOS (I am on iPhone 15 pro). The UI scaling is very bad and it hinders with the playing experience a lot. The toolbar also gets cut by the dynamic island
