Windows Game starts launch and immediately crashed on launch screen

I am not sure why, but my game will launch and then immediately crash. It has not worked in years. It randomly worked about a day ago, and then I went again today to play it (hoping everything was good still) and now it's back to crashing. I feel like I have tried almost everything. I have checked my drivers, launched as administrator, deleted startup preferences and an old mods folder. Checked the integrity of the files in steam and it said they were all good. Tried older versions of the game. Tried with both headphones plugged in and not plugged in. Tried with compatability mode and not compatability. Checked windows files and it did say there was a corrupted file there, so I did get that fixed, but it did not change anything about the game launching. There is no error logs folder? Should there be one in a non modded game? Anybody got any suggestions?

I am having this same exact issue, no joke. Waiting to see if anyone on reddit has an answer but I have tried every step you have done and still cannot access my game :(

Same issue whats your Operating system?
The Laptop: ASUS TUF Gaming A16
AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS with Radeon Graphics (3.20 GHz)
16.0 GB Ram 64-bit operating system

I have tried everything that i could find on google, youtube, and the forums.
Completly vanila Stardew, no mods or atempts to mod.

The issue, I open the program, it says running, and then never opens the main menu, screen never leaves the steam library play button. PC will also swith Between APU and GPU while trying to load game.

Sometimes if i find a way out side steam launcher to open the game, through file explorer the game will open a window that is completely black and play the intro music but will skip and lag a bunch, mouse will not show over game window.

I may have figured it out. i went through all the different versions and the Compatibility version worked.

Try go to steam library right click Stardew valley>Properties>Game version betas> Compatibility. click the bubble let it install the Compatibility version and the click run inside the steam app like you normaly would to play a game.
