Windows Memory Issues

So I have a 4070ti, 32GB of ram and a 5800x. Yet... stardew valley of all games is fighting with me. I am unmodded... yet randomly while playing my memory will spike and there is a "fix" in that opening the inventory will reset the memory back to normal. But still.. kinda annoying if it happens during fishing or whatever. Any ideas?

Im on a 4090 with 32GB of DDR5 and also experiencing this exact same issue. Same "fix" and everything. Ive tried for countless hours to fix it but have had no success. It might be an issue with higher end hardware
