Digital Circus X Pokémon ideas?

I'm trying to make an Amazing Digital Circus/ Pokémon AU (which I will post here once finished)
Problem is I need to match up the characters with Pokémon that would be a good fit for them. I already have Caine's Pokémon (Porygon Z) Just need ideas for the others
I'll leave pictures of the characters that need Pokémon, please let me know what you think would be a good fit

The last guy will do better with Porygon. Pomni or whatever her name is can be with Mr Mime. The lady with the stich eye can be with Drifblim. The rabbit with Gengar. The rook looking guy at the first pic can be with Hisuan Samurott. The ribbon looking guy in the second pic can be paired with Victini idk why.
