So there could be one to train Dusty and then it gets free movement around it's hut or in the town center...

Well, my Farmer married Alex twice so far and I thought first he would bring Dusty with him to live on the Farm furtheron. Was a bit sad to find out that he doesn't, while Abby or Emily bring their pets along. So, yeah, it would be a nice extra to see Alex take him to the beach for playing i.e. or give him a farm life, if you marry his "master"...

I’m glad I’m not the only one this bothered. But part of me feels like the town is supposed to be a little sad. Which character doesn’t have a tragic or difficult back story?
