Yeah chief I don't know Chinese so can't understand whatcha saying. Pretty sure other languages aren't allowed for posts except multiplayer anyways.

You can also ask in the modding creation tab on the forums, there's a bunch of talented people who are probably willing to answer questions or give you a general idea of how to get into modding
