You mine the mussel nodes until you have a whole lot of mussels. Then you go to the cooking area and turn all of those mussels into sashimi. And there you go ...

You can also buy fruit trees for them, one of mango or bananas iirc. But sashimi is useful here, altho it still isn't much money at the end of the day.

This is a dope tip tho, after I buy all the trees I want with them, I just start collecting them, but this sounds way more beneficial.

You can also use them to craft a bunch of quality fertilizer! I tend to have my preserves jars full of roe and my kegs full of coffee or pale ale, so I end up selling a lot of raw crops. I might run the basic quality ones through dehydrators if I'm growing fruit, but anything with quality I toss in the shipping bin
