[Spoilers] Penny Heart Event

If you marry Penny you can choose from a set of three room decorations. If you choose one and want the others as well, is there a way to obtain theme? Divorce doesn't change it as I think that the theme change was a heart event that may only be viewable once.
I don't use mods, just wondered if there was a way to get all three sets.

I think you're stuck with the one you chose, but I'm not 100% on that so someone can correct me. I think you do keep the decorations if you divorce though, unsure if you can look at events again (it'd make sense considering how you make them forget)
