DMCA on Twitch

For the creator of this game, I want to ask you something: Would you mind if the Stardew Valley soundtrack was heard on a live stream on twitch? I ask because lately the DMCA is very strong on this streaming platform, they even banned a streamer for using his own music.

of course i'm not CA, but the DMCA stuff on twitch is just like youtube on steroids at this point, the copyright strikes and takedowns are ridiculous

From his website:

CA has always been very receptive and fair to people who are just trying to enjoy his game and make a living. Though Twitch isn't mentioned here, as long as you're playing the game or you have the music on in the background while doing something (and not streaming JUST the music for monetary gain) it should be completely fine.
