After double checking that I had got all the rarecrows (except for rarecrow 7 because it got destroyed by something) i went about the process of getting all the other rarecrows for the second time, and for some reason, after getting the spirit's eve rarecrow, I got the deluxe scarecrow recipe. Still cant buy rarecrow 7 at the night market though
