Am I the only player with no short-term memory? That happens to some people. I used to be really good at the Simon-Says games, back in the Dark Ages, but I can't play this Simon-Says-type puzzle. :(

I'm hoping that some kind programmer will come up with a cheat for this puzzle.

Use your phone to record it then watch the recording. I’m gonna do this right now. I can do the first 3-4 but when it’s like 7 different taps super fast it’s too much for me

Even with that trick, i'm struggling. I have an issue w short-term memory that I am trying to get figured out w my doctor, so bad even with recording it I can't do it. And there's no cheats yet x.x i'm so stressed.

Apparently it's not necessary, but...

I hear you Chaya7 and Amahami, I have the same problem (neuro issue over here). The video trick works, which is nice. I could almost hide my own Easter eggs almost lol 🤪

For those who struggle even after it’s recorded, might I suggest the following?

Record it.
Play it back, pause after each input, write down what the input is, pause at the next, rinse and repeat.
Once you have it in list form put it in, checking or crossing of each list item once you input it.

Having a physical verification of where you’re at might help. Best of luck!

Wait. So I can't remember the Simon puzzle thingy so I need to remember to record a video of it on my phone and then I need to follow some instructions about how to follow the puzzle on the video on my phone so i'll need to take a pic of the instructions with myphone but then i need toremember the instructionspicand myphoneisn't chargedwhereditgo.......

Yep, my Ultimas I-V and Wizardrys I-III boxes are still full of my 35-40(!) (!!!) year old index card notes. I wrote on Scotch tape on the index cards to make it easily erasable when things were updated instead of eventually ruining one and getting a new card. Lazy from the beginning.

Tradition is important.

1. The simon says changes every time.
2. I still use notes..Have a note book labled "game notes". I use it for mainly the Community Center bundles, and what's needed for what farm building.

Thank you, this is a brilliant idea! As long as I can slow it down about 10 times, haha. Haven't even seen the fifth puzzle yet, and that's after it being pretty darn slow, for the starting ones at least.

If you want to write down those sequences as they happen, you better write freakin' damn fast! 😅
