In Canada the snow will fall from Halloween to May and everyone washes cars here. Also most of the people have dogs three quarters of my body weight. And other people have cats, less heavy but you can't walk a cat. What can I do, deliver beer? No in my province you need to be 19 to do that kind of stuff.

If they're over the minimum drinking age(varies by province, in Ontario it's 19 in Quebec it's 18)they are allowed to handle alcohol. That includes delivering. Also if you are American but younger than 21 and 19+ you can come here and drink legally, in theory.

Well, yes because you spell center the American way, with an E-R but in Canada the UK and Australia they spell centre with an R-E. I'm on the Canadian keyboard, so look at this:

I know someone who was 18 so he went to Quebec where he was allowed to drink but the downside is the Quebec is Canada's french speaking province so he had to place his order in French.
