Any Word on 1.7?

I was wondering the same thing because 1.6 has some glitches in which certain items do not spawn or ger recorded.

Glitches would mean patches to 1.6, not a rush on the 1.7 update. Slow down, use workarounds or just play around the bug for now. (Right now, anything I craft on Switch, I try to do while holding just the require ingredients so nothing else gets consumed. Annoying as I love the workbench, but it's okay to slow down now and then.)

Like he always does, ConcernedApe did not give an ETA for Haunted Chocolatier, nor for update 1.7. However, he said in on HC dev blog, that both can now be developed at the same time, without one delaying the other.

Eh a release date will really just put more pressure on him and the team. Won't help the speed but will definitely make things worse. I hope he makes a good game even if it takes time.
