A not very belated greeting (and AMA)

Hi, I'm ThatOneTposingDude, formerly of the Terraria community forums. I came here because of some irreversible mistakes I made there, and I still needed to be a part of a community. This is considerably smaller, but you guys will do. I've been playing SV for around a year now, and I'm glad to be here!
Also, feel free to ask me anything, so long as it follows rules, and isn't heavily personal.

what happened if you dont mind me asking
It's fine, you have every right to know.
I was in an argument about the nature of the furry fandom, with me on the side opposing, and I cited and linked a document containing wildly inappropriate content about the misdemeanors of the fandom (you see, I hadn't thoroughly checked it or read it in a while) and the moderator to catch it was not only one who is leaning towards the furry side of the argument, but one who already didn't like me. If it were any other mod, or even Unit one, the admin, I would have slipped off with 15 warning points (20 is a ban, 15 a month restriction) but I ended up eternally removed with a whopping 500 warning points. I thankfully, now know to not engage in such arguments, or link the document.

Most banned members on TCF receive 100 or 500, fyi. 500 points for the more severe stuff. It is almost certain you would have been banned regardless of which mod it was, due to the nature of the document. They take that kind of thing very seriously.
They recently updated the site so that nobody else can see other people’s warnings, if that makes you feel better ig

I thought most got 20. And I get it, but considering it was a first time offense, I would have expected some mercy. Either way, I'm being justly punished.

I can't go onto the Terraria forums because my Admin blocked it, IDK why, but I never got a single warning point, If they unblocked it I could rejoin in a moments notice (I miss the terraria forums)
But yeah, just always double check the content of what you're posting

Many countries, in South America, in the Middle East, have no real freedom of speech. Even some European countries heavily censor contrary to mainstream opinions. As Americans, we get full freedom of speech, to have any opinion we want, and I'm not one of the crazy opinions, trust me. The reason I was banned was I cited a significant source for an argument with some no-nos in it, because I failed to properly check if it was suitable for the TCF. Opinions, Benry, opinions.

Why are you telling me this? This is worded like some kind of counter point… but why?
What does “I failed to properly check if it was suitable for the TCF. Opinions, Benry, opinions.” mean? How are those two things related?

A closing to the statement, pointing to the whole, not just the previous sentence. And the way you reacted gave me the impression of disagreement, which is my bad. Again, it wasn't the opinion that got me, it was the article.
But don't get me wrong, while I believe Kelp had fair judgment, I also think the issue was a personal one, considering the wording of his private message.

I tried responding, but the post gave an error, so I've never heard of the TCF free speech discord, and while some excessively hateful opinions don't belong, mine really isn't, though it can come off that way. I don't "hate furries", I believe every one of them is made in God's image (but we're not going to discuss religion,) I hate the fandom as a whole, the perverts who get in and are accepted. But enough controversy, we should make this private if we want to continue.
