Dance in the vampire bund (romance and action, but unfortunately, rushed and incomplete, compared against the manga)
Those are my favorites, across a span of 15 years watching anime, reading manga, playing visual novels, participating in cosplay and events.

You'd probably like Little Busters. It's*a super cozy comedy/sol but it gets deliciously weird in S2.
Dusk Maiden of Amnesia is a supernatural romance.
Ever try Demon Slayer? Seems it might be up your alley.
Another is a psychological horror and is really fkn good.
Love, Chuunibyou, and other Delusions is a great little romcom
Re:Creators is an...interesting action/drama with great fight scenes and one of the most well written character arcs I've ever seen, but it can be dialogue heavy, which I like sometimes. If anyone wants to know which character just ask, bc there's so many good chars in this one.
Let me know if any of those tickle your fancy, or if anyone else wants a recommend as well.
