PC Wiki page for Cauliflower is broken, looks odd

It's all white, and spaced weirdly, looking more like an old mobile page than a Wiki page. In fact, with an Edit button in the upper right corner, it looks like the the links for Cauliflower in the Wiki are redirecting to the editing page rather than the usual webpage.

But the editable version of the wiki gives the white background - probably not loading the style sheet properly.
