Solved Rarecrow bug! Pls help

I got all the rarecrows but the recipe for the deluxe rarecrow have not arrived yet. Has anyone got that problem? How can i fix it?

One of the "rarecrows" on your screenshots is a common-breed Scarecrow, I'm afraid. Your collection is lacking someting cool, like a Rarecrow from the Festival of Ice.
