Art Question about small-scale fan-made Stardew Valley card game

Hi! I’m hoping someone familiar with ConcernedApe’s fan merchandise policy can clarify something for me.
I’m interested in creating a small-scale, fan-made Stardew Valley deduction card game. The basic concept would be similar to a card-based “Guess Who?” game: players would have a deck of character cards featuring Stardew Valley villagers and would ask yes/no questions to determine which character the other player has selected.
The important details are:
I would create all of the artwork myself rather than using Stardew Valley sprites, portraits, or other game assets.
The game would be a physical card game, not a video game or mod.
I would produce and sell it myself in small quantities, rather than mass-producing it.
It would be clearly identified as unofficial fan-made merchandise and would not imply endorsement by ConcernedApe.
I would not use the official Stardew Valley logo or otherwise try to make it appear to be an official product.
I would be willing to stop selling it if ConcernedApe/the Stardew Valley team asked me to.
I’ve seen the existing discussions regarding fan-made merchandise, including the guidance that original, small-scale fan creations can be sold, but I’m unsure whether that policy extends to something that is itself a small tabletop/card game rather than conventional merchandise.
