Android No Cave mushroom or bats in my farm

Few days ago I started playing Stardew again and I picked the farm where the starter has a coop and Chickens and when I made the right amount of money the guy that was supposed to give me the cave option didn't give it so I'm just stuck with an empty cave. Is there any way to get it?
