1. A disabled ramp or some sort of lift to enable George to reach the community center.

2. A ramp and boardwalk on the beach so that George can enjoy the ocean.

3. Medical science has advanced since George’s accident. Perhaps an anonymous donor would be willing to fund a treatment that would give him back some of his mobility?

4. A treehouse or a clubhouse for Jas and Vincent.
