So I haven't gotten rain since the normal Day 3 of Spring in year 1. Any clue why?? Is this a bug or just super bad luck?

What day are you up to? I recently started a new save, and I didn't get rain until the 23rd of Spring (Year 1).
So it's possible it's a bug, but I would say (until I know what day you are up to) that it's just really bad luck! :D

Yeah, there is a chance for there to just be no rain for a while, I've had no rain springs besides the one garanteed one and some close ones too.
