Gravel Path Glitch?

Hi! I've been playing stardew for a while now but this is my first time using the gravel path in a design! I wanted to know if the gaps in the path are a glitch in the game or on my part?

It's a tiling error. Been there as far as I've played the game. Has always annoyed me.

Not necessarily a glitch but yeah. It's a thing
