Implemented Forgot my password

Obviously I remembered it, but when I tried to recover my password it never sent me an email. Checked my spam and everything

I changed my email and it took eight tries over four days to receive the confirmation email that I kept asking the site to resend. For some reason it just wasn't sending it or something. I just got it to work so hopefully whatever was wrong has been fixed. ^_^ Anyway, it's nice to be able to interact with the forums again!
