As it says in the title. I don't want to have multiple tablets open, trying to figure out what I need. I started a new save, and I want to get ahead with saving what I need for cooking.
Does anybody have an all in one info guide needed for cooking?

The wiki has a good page for it, including a list of how many of each ingredient is needed to cook all the recipes. Sure, the ingredient list is divided by source, so one for crops, one for forage, and so on.

Personally, I like to have my mini fridges fully stocked so every recipe is constantly filled in, thus the numbers, it's a good minimum to work from

True, but I was wanting how many of each I needed. It does say that under the recipe list. Seems like you didn't scroll down far enough. The crops and forage lists even give the seasons in which you can get them.
