Windows Desert festical soft locked in bus

[Luchs Arcana]

First time going to the desert festival ever, instantly soft locked by multiple NPCs that won't get out of the way of the bus door. Talking to them does nothing, I can't return to the valley, time passing doesn't help and I have like nothing in my inventory to help me get unstuck.

I play on windows pc.
