Windows Crab pot makes community upgrade shortcut unusable

I had crab pots out in the mountain lake and I ordered the community upgrade for shortcuts around the valley. Unfortunately, this pot makes this bridge unusable, and I cannot interact with it to remove it either.

This is single player, unmodded (no SMAPI installed either), v1.6.8 build 24119 on GOG (Windows).
