Camera "freezes" in one position and cant enter buildings/ new areas

Game has run smoothly for the first two seasons with zero issue. However, on the first day of fall after a minute of doing anything (from standing still to actually playing the game) the camera "freezes" and locks in place. Unable to enter new areas or buildings after this. Can still walk around but its obviously unplayable.

Would appreciate any help, thanks in advance
