Allow for lawns to grow if the soil has been untouched for a certain period of time

I don't like the sand-like look of the soil, especially between fruit-trees. Also the "grass" one can buy is a tall kind that is more like a reed-like plant. It would be good if there was a normal type of grass, which can be reconverted into soil, to make for a nicer area between fruit trees at least.
