Accidentally bombed my farm

I play stardew mobile and help I accidentally bombed my farm while trying to remove trees and the floor looks like this making me not able to place any stone floors, is there any way to fix this?

Yes, the bomb just tilled the tiles. You can use the pickaxe to untill them. Like normal tilled tiles, they will revert to their untilled state eventually.

This, the flooring tiles unfortunately are gone for good though.

No, bombs only permanently destroy machines and stuff like fences, 100% of placed tiles are dropped.
