The question I was trying to answer was simple: if 84 Ancient Fruit are ready every 7 days and I already have 24 Kegs, how many more do I actually need?
I made a small browser calculator for this:
It gives you:
- the total Kegs needed for the crop and deadline
- whether that fits in one Big Shed or multiple regular Sheds
- the materials still needed for the remaining Kegs
For that example, it comes out to 84 Kegs total, one Big Shed (or two regular Sheds), so 60 more Kegs to craft. The result can be sent straight to the material calculator.
No account or save upload is needed. It is for unmodded Stardew Valley 1.6.x. The Shed capacity figures are based on the layouts listed on the wiki.
There are already excellent full farm planners here; this is meant to be a narrower answer to the Keg-count and materials question. If you notice a wrong assumption or an edge case I missed, please let me know and I will fix it.
