I'm unable to start Luau Festival dish tasting cutscene. I'm able to talk to everyone, including Mayor but there is no option to talk to him again to start the event. The dialog option won't pop up when I click on him. Doesn't matter if I add the ingredient to the soup, it won't work. Tried loading previous save multiple times but it did not help. It's second year in game, I was able to run the cutscene on the first year (which was on initial 1.6 mobile release, I noticed there were at least two minor updates since then).
I'm playing on Android using Local Co-op, I'm the host and I was the only one playing at that time, no one joined or left the server after I started the session.
