Windows Unable to move museum pieces under inventory

I can't figure out how to move the minerals in the below images as they get covered by my inventory every time I try and rearrange them. Is this a bug or is there some other way?

Also, anything placed under the "OK" button gets picked up instead of the button being pressed, how do I put stuff there?

I'm playing on Steam/PC with the latest update if that matters.

Try changing the zoom level and you can also scroll left and right a bit. It's a bit fiddly to rearrange.

For picking up the gem under ok, the only solution I have is to scroll to the dude so there is nothing under it.

Gotcha, I guess it is because I am on a 4k monitor, thanks for the advice!
