Hello, I´m from Germany and just started playing Stardew Valley a few weeks ago.
I was a Harvest Moon Fan since they published the minimalistic gamecube version with "forget me not" valley. They had boring and ugly characters. The european DS Version was full of bugs. I played Rune factory for a while, but same here. They do not put any efforts in those games anymore. All dates were the same and you hardly get anything from the character`s backrounds. So I left those farm games alone many years. Out of boredom I started with stardew valley and now I´m addicted. :D
So much effort they put in the landscape and everything.
I use some mods so it is a bit more easier. (Time Stop, no minigame in fishing)
My female character will marry the doctor.
I´m 42, disabled, a stay at home hanar and I´m in a relationship with a female Salarian. Yeah, I like the mass effect universe, but the game could have been so much better. :-/ They do not use every potential they could have.
I also love Fallout 4 and games like the stanley parable.
