Problems with message tagging

I was sending an error report and (as usually) at the first forgot the tags and prefix. OK add something to tag, add prefix.
But then the tag field started adding weird. I tried to add the tag (or a few), hit enter or moved the mouse (tried both) to send the message (at that moment there was a dropdown offering me the ones I had used previously -- and the tag disappeared. After a few rounds I succeeded in having something in that field so it went through.
There doesn't seem to be a set of preset tags BTW, the ones the system proposed were something random (and none of them fit, of course).

Hi! Thanks for sharing your concerns about tagging. It's something I can try to look into, but it might be at fault with the forum itself than any feature I can fix. I changed the letter amount that items can be searched with which could also be a cause, so I'll see what I can do.
