Need clarification on the pig. When a gift happens does the forageable turn into a pig or does only the pig count towards the animal count? Meaning, how many pigs do I get if the gift happens multiple times, do I get multiple pigs as gifts or do I get the foreagables as gifts and the pig just counts as 1 animal regardless of how many gifts occur?

The way the pig works is, whenever the Gift symbol appears you, as the owner of the Pig, can take any forageable tile from the board (not wood). Put it in your inventory (or gain a mineral or artifact if the tile instructs you to). The pig itself counts towards the animals needed to fulfill the "Raise Animals" Grandpa Goal.
