Mobile Stardew Valley not letting me play in my 1.5 pc world

I had recently got Stardew Valley on mobile after 1 month of pc Stardew Valley so I already had a farm on pc that I spent a lot of time on. I put my pc world on my mobile Stardew Valley and it tells me "mismatch version 1.5" Is there any way I'm able to play my 1.5 world on mobile? If so please tell me how :)

Unfortunately, no, at current there is no 1.5 for mobile (you can always check the wiki's main page for versions), mobile is currently stuck back on 1.4.5 waiting for 1.5 to be ported to mobile again, it was partially ported when they announced they'd be redoing it, pushing it back again.
