I've been playing Stardew Valley on this machine for years and never had a problem. I started today and it autoupdated to 1.5.6. Now at startup I only see the top of the screen and can't select any of the buttons since they are not visible.
I changed the compatibility mode for "Stardew Valley.exe" to Windows 7. It still started like this, but "ALT" "Enter" let me change to windowed mode. After restarting it still worked. I quit and turned off compatibility mode and it still works.
