PC Horse speed on the walkway

Character has some speed bonus while running on walkway.
Character has 30% speed bonus while riding a horse.

But it seems to me that horse DOES NOT have speed bonus while riding on walkway. Why?

One does not interfere with the other.
Horse is stronger and faster. And it should show its abilities everywhere.

Uhm... no offense.
I think this does not sound like a bug.
Maybe discuss that in the "game discussion" section.
Maybe someone will help you to give you some codes and mods to fix your horse.

Perhaps it may help to think about it this way...

Path: max speed
Regular ground: slightly reduced speed
Grass & crops: greater reduced speed

Horse: speed boost and immune to all speed reducers

This does not seem like a bug for me but you're free to suggest this change in Game Suggestions board! I'll leave the post on this board in case it isn't intended but I think that's unlikely.

Perhaps it may help to think about it this way...

Path: max speed
Regular ground: slightly reduced speed
Grass & crops: greater reduced speed

No, you use incorrect starting point.
Normally we have no roads. We build roads to move faster. We use horses to move faster. So, these bonuses should add up.

Horse: speed boost and immune to all speed reducers

Even tanks move faster on roads than on dirt.
