Maybe somebody can help with that question. I wrote to the support but with no reply yet.
I have an issue with the game on my Xbox Series S. From time to time the game just crashes. And sometimes when it does my game save data gets lost for good and jumps way back.
For example, it happened two times already when I was on year 3 fall and then it crashed and I opened the game again - and suddenly it's year 2 spring, so one time I lost a whole year, this time recently I lost the whole season.
Is there a way to restore the data somehow as it gets very frustrating to lose hours and hours of the play for my family? It's very frustrating not to have the ability to restore the data or to have an alternative save etc.
