Everyone's Birthday is held At the Community Center!

With it being a small town, and to have the community center in more use, I think it would be cool if all Birthdays take place there. It feels like a let down when you do all this work to rebuild/ fix it up. And almost no one use it. At the end of the party have a little cut scene of everyone singing happy birthday and the person blowing out the candles on the cake.

It would be cool if the birthdays are celebrated a bit.

I would like it if it was different per person, some might have a party at the community center while others prefer an evening with their friends in the saloon.

Sounds like a lot of work to implement though.

There are some suggestions for an upgrade to the community center already: like having a school in it, make the kitchen usable or let Gus cook for the kids, be able to use the fish tank (I would like to see my legendary fishes in it), be able to play board games with Sebastian...
In general I second the idea to have more "village action" there!

I made a similar suggestion but with stardrop-saloon or community-center.
