Switch [BUG] Crop Order (from Special Orders board) showed wrong crop

Special Orders board showed Blueberries; I accepted the quest. Opened my journal and it says Hot Pepper. Never seen this issue before.

Switch version 1.5.4.2 (just updated!)

I'm having the same problem on the Switch as well. Specifically, I accepted the Island Ingredients quest and even though it said Taro Roots on the board, it says Ginger in my notebook. A possible reason for this is I previously accepted this quest for Ginger and I failed to complete it.
