Issue Community Center

When I'm going to the Community Center, and I'm trying to activate the first Bundle, the game freezes, I can move my character, but de game can doesn't follow me.
I need help.

Are you running any mods? One of them may be interrupting the map data or there may be a cutscene trying to trigger that can't due to mod interference.
